The Courtship of Miles Standish (Mayflower Quadricentennial Editions) Customer Reviews
:- 2.0 out of 5 stars from windriver -- Printing is unclear on some pages : The printing is too faint to read on a few pages BUT it is worth buying for only $2.98 because the poem is rich with information about the drama between Miles Standish and John Alden. Some of the pages are clear enough to read but this particular book wouldn’t make a good gift because so some pages are illegible. However, there are other editions on The Courtship of Miles Standish available on Amazon that are excellent. ( Reviewed in the United States on May 14, 2019 )
- 5.0 out of 5 stars from Charlyne Metcalf -- Poem Written in 1858 : It is an intereting look into Pilgrim's life in the 1620. Henry was a MayFlower desendant. He based his story on family oral history. The Poem is a different writing style than today's. I loved it. ( Reviewed in the United States on September 24, 2018 )
